Humans in the Future Go Back in Time to Share Earth in Eras Without Prolific Human Populations

Sam and his colleagues never thought when they started out that they would be the ones to figure out how to travel back in time. After all, there have been many theories floated for generations, and yet no one had pierced the Holy Grail of physics. They discovered all this by using some interesting mathematics brought to them by a crazy professor while they were at the Stanford Linear Accelerator Labs. They looked at his equations, and thought he was nuts, until he started explaining what all the symbols meant that he had created.

The crazy professor had to create new symbols because he was dealing in multiple dimensions. Sam was quite intrigued, while everyone else said the professor was nuts, completely out to lunch. Nevertheless, they were able to try his experiments on a micro-scale, that is to say his math and physics were correct, while everyone else was trying to figure out what it meant. Sam and his colleagues were able to send information back in time using the Lagrangian points caused by particles moving around the nucleus of an atom which formed long strings, or tunnels.

They used these tunnels to travel backwards, and to change the spin of the perfectly spherical electrons. It worked, and everyone was blown away, and further realized the implications would be so profound for mankind. Well, that was back in 2060, and it was now 2070. They were ready to try it on a much bigger scale, by creating a shockwave at the Lagrange point exactly opposite to the Earth on the other side of the Sun, where a rift in space time due to the two celestial bodies (Earth and the Sun) occurs. Sam was unconvinced it would work, but the military believed it might, and they had the black project money to do it.

Sam Calculated the time it would take to get to the other side of the Sun, and the challenges of observing what might happen. But then he got with another colleague of his who had been laid off from NASA due to the budget cuts caused by all the government expenditures from all the baby boomers who retired, and were able to live to be over 150 years old because of all the new medical techniques. NASA's budget was cut to the bone to pay for all those social security benefits, just as in Japan and Europe.

Sam decided that the project needed to be sped up, and noted that Jupiter would be on the opposite side of the Sun from Earth very soon, and they could merely travel to the Lagrange point past Jupiter that was created to due the sum of the Sun's plus Jupiter's gravity. The anomaly in space time and the Lagrange point would be much bigger there. That's where they did their first big experiment. It also worked. This was too important to keep just for the military, and scientists around the world learned of the great experiment, as information was leaked online.

When the Global Alliance, the which was created as the United Nations which fell apart shortly after the EU collapsed in 2018, got a hold of the information they decided that there were too many people on the planet, but it should be permissible for some people to get in a large spaceship, and go through one of those tunnels and create an inverted space-time anomaly to return back in time to a previous period when there wasn't so much population, in an area where humans had not yet populated Earth. As long as they promised not to interfere with the current human populations, which at that time would have been very primitive, and more sparsely populated.

Therefore, and experiment was done sending a group back in time who buried a time capsule, which the scientists then dug up, in the present period, thus, knowing that they had actually arrived. Therefore hundreds of millions of people would be doing the same thing and traveling to different eras all hundreds of thousands of years the prior to live their lives, and build their civilizations without the overcrowding as the population issues in the present period have become so great. After all, it would be a much better environment than living in space colonies, on planets that were less than hospitable to the current level of genetic modification available to sustain human life.
